My 10 month old is a very happy boy always smiling cheerful baby. He is starting to get his two top teeth, they are peaking out almost. He already has his two bottom ones and he's been very cranky I gave him teething tablets and that didn't seem to work so I went out and bought him the gel version of it and it's not working either. Last night he got a fever of 101 so I gave him some Tylenol and it brought it down to normal temperature. I feel like there's something more than just his teething bothering him. He doesn't seem like himself lately, he's learning to walk and he loves it he's getting very good at it too! But today he's been he has been falling tripping over himself and when I put him to walk he just falls to the ground like he's in pain. I checked to see if there was a cut or something but there's nothing. He's been crying more than usual to. he's very sluggish he hasn't slept very well since last night, he's been getting up every 20 minutes or so. He hasn't been eating like he usually does either. I'm very concerned. He's my first child I'm a first time mother. Idk if I'm being over dramatic? I have this gut feeling there's something wrong with him. Should I take him to the e.r?? Am I over reacting?
