Antibiotic crazy doctor!

So I called my doctor the other day and told him I was having problems. I thought I may have a uti, and it was causing me to have cramps in my sides like when you get an kidney infection. Instead if seeing me he prescribes me antibiotics for uti and a prescription for a yeast infection. They are making me so sick I can't stand it. So I call them again today, and you know what he did PRESCRIBES ME MORE ANTIBIOTICS! I'm stuck because I live in a small city and there are two doctors to chose between for obgyn. I mean what kind of doctor prescribes you meds without even seeing you?? Then prescribes more when you tell him they are making you sick! Aaaarrrrgggg what do I do????
