So just wondering what you Guys have been told for taking the 1 hour Glucose test? My doctor said to make sure I eat that morning because taking that drink on an empty stomach will probably make me sick. But I've been reading some things about only eating certain things that morning. Mostly it says eat eggs-eggs or greasy foods make me super sick so I'm nervous about that. I usually eat PB toast or something so hoping if I eat that and wait a few hours I'd be ok. I always read some things say fast but she told me not to. Any tips?
