Hemorrhoids? ☹️

It is so annoying that I just started to have one when I hit 37 weeks, I am not even constipated to begin with. Now, it is very uncomfortable and painful.. Any suggestions to soothe the pain? Please help. Thank you.

I have had the worst hemorrhoids. If you're not having constipation, I'll skip the steps I've taken to remedy that and just comment on treating the hemorrhoids. 
Hot baths several times a day, about 15 mins each. You just need enough water to cover your bum. In the short term, this makes them swell, because it brings extra blood flow. But stick with it and it really does help them go down. 
Tucks/witch hazel pads after for a bit of relief. 
Sit on an ice pack. Alternating heat and ice helped for me. 
Prescription lidocaine/hydrocortisone cream. Your OB can prescribe. 
Lastly, and this one is TMI, but honestly helps the most: if you can, push them back in. I have to do it multiple times a day, but it's immediate relief, and seems to keep them from getting bigger. I didn't know about this for a long time, and honestly it was life changing when I found out.

Thank you ladies! I woke up this morning and it is so sore and painful, ran to Walgreens and got the Preparation H and Tucks. Hoping to feel better soon.

Take a good warm bath it helps me!!! When i get them i do that and usually start to shrink after a couple days

Cumin tea, it can help you go into labour as well. I drank it last night and today they have disappeared. No labour but at least my bum is comfortable lol! 
32oz boiled water with 2 teaspoons of cumin seeds ground or whole, leave to sit for 15mins, strain and drink!

Witch hazel and aloe Vera gel! Works wonders!!!

any tipe of scentless moisturiser can help also baby cream or body butter, or even oil such as olive or almond...apply several times a day, especially before and after you use the toilet

Witch hazel I found has given relief after a couple days of applying. It's because of the pressure from the fetus that causes the hemorrhoid. Very common unfortunately.
