What can i drink while breastfeeding?

I have a headache but im scared to drink anything that might be passed through my milk to my son whats safe to drink?

Milk, water, orange juice, apple juice etc.

I drink coffee.  I did while I was pregnant though. I didn't change my diet so I consider it safe abd it's only about 50mg of caffeine.  Helps my head aches
