Did I really just get my period? I'm just about 6 weeks postpartum.

I stopped bleeding about 3 weeks after delivery. Just went to my postpartum follow up appointment 2 days ago. Can I use tampons?

I exclusively breastfeed and got my period at 5 weeks.

If your doc cleared you im pretty sure you can use tampons. Im almost 6 weeks pp and I got ny period too.  I don't exclusively breastfeed so that's probably why I got mine lol. Long as your cervix is healed enough to keep bacteria out. That's the only reason we aren't supposed to before
