Gas drops?

So my boy only poops maybe once a day and its mostly one round solid poop. Does gas drops loosen him up? Or does gas drops just releave gas? Which gas drops do are the best?

When mine was little if he was having gas it would basically block him up. Getting the gas out would help him to poop better. We used a brand that I think was called Little Remedies, and we also used Mommy's Bliss gripe water.

But first we would give him a warm bath, rub his tummy, bicycle his legs. It wouldn't take long for him to get relief.

Gas drops can back them up so I wouldn't do that, if you go to your midwife/doctor they can recommend a natural laxative, we used it with our son for a couple of weeks and it sorted him right out and there's no problems now :)
