Cramps

So lately I've been getting really bad cramps. I have lower back pain(which isn't normal for me) nauseous, no appetite, and sometimes dizzy. I get hot flashes and cold chills as well. The cramps hurt so bad I can't move without excruciating pain. What should I do?
