It was the worst pain I've ever experienced and I've gone through childbirth. It bled quite a bit and didn't heal very well. Now a few months later I noticed I have an internal hemorrhoid that pops out any time I "bare down" lol. It doesn't hurt but I feel like my butthole is still torn. Like it didn't heal. Idk what to do! Do I need to see a doctor? Would a gynecologist be okay? Or do I just let it heal and let my hemorrhoid go away on its own?
