TMI? Vaginal Odor? 4wks...anyone else??

Hi guys!

I woke up this morning with heavy bowel movements and vaginal odor. I'm of course instantly nervous that something is wrong! Ectopic pregnancy? I have an appt. tomorrow evening at the OB, thankfully - but wondering if anyone else experienced vaginal odor in early pregnancy?
