Unusually big?

So I posted on Facebook because I was excited that I've finally gotten to a point where I can't see my feet and that's so cool to me considering I've lost 3 babies before. And a lady commented saying "It's awfully early to not be able to see your feet! You still got 5 months. And the last couple of those are the most important for growth." It kind of made me feel like crap. Am I too big? Should I be concerned? I really haven't gained much weight with this pregnancy.. I go in for my 20 week ultrasound this Wednesday.
