Stomach sleeping

Are any mommas sleeping on their stomach at night who are due in October?  I'm just shy of 20 weeks and gained zero pounds. Have lost over 10 pounds. However I am 5'3 and pre prep weight was 206. I'm now below 190. Baby is healthy and looks good. My doctor hasn't mentioned any good sleeping positions or safe positions. Has anyone else asked their doctors how long is safe?
