Turning a breech baby

I'm 37 weeks pregnant and my baby girl is still breech. I'm really wanting a vaginal birth but my Dr went a head and told me a day for a c section but I'm not scheduled for a c-section yet cuz she could possibly turn on her own still. She told me she could try to turn her by pushing on her, and I've thought about trying that, has anyone else done this. What was ur experience with this
