Is this implantation bleeding?

Im 10DPO and cramping and yesterday I threw up in the evening. Does this look like implantation bleeding? Or is it too heavy?

It's pretty dark but it's not red so it's possible. Although I did get spotting like that before my period this month. I'd wait a few days and see what it does.

It looks heavy for implantation however monitor and check if you start your period..if not it might be IB..good luck
