Leaking nipples...

Sorry girls tmi... But I have just had like a milky yellow liquid Come out of my right nipple but only a tiny drop, I've had this once before ages ago after my breast surgery. I am due my AF in 1 week, I also have my nipples pierced if this makes a difference..

Has anybody had anything like this or can give me any advice? Thank you x
