Anyone spotting a little?

I'm 7 wk 1 day and went for a long walk. Came home had a BM and wiped a little bit of light light pink. I hate that it puts me in a state of panic. Anyone else experiencing spotting with no cramps?

I spotted only when wiping brown and lite pink twice in week 6. Had an u/s showed heartbeat and Dr said it's normal.  If worried put your feet up and call Dr.

Yep -- spotted almost daily all of last week. It was very light (just when I wiped!) and no cramping, so my doc said it was nothing to worry too much about. My mom told me she spotted daily for 3 straight months when she was pregnant with my brother, so that made me feel a little better!

I wouldn't worry about spotting if you're not cramping, but if it eases your mind call your doctor
