Nonfat milk??
My nurse had me fill out this chart about what I'm eating and what I should eat instead. Whole milk was at the "eat less of" end and nonfat was at the "eat more of" end. Why?? Nonfat is disgusting! On top of that she then turned around with "you're +4 ketone. Don't worry too much about healthy and focus on calories. Flavored ice pops, white bread, things like that" OK make up MY mind!! LOL nonetheless I'm not consuming nonfat milk unless I'm making a nonfat maple blueberry latte at work LOL but anyone else being told nonfat?
