Is this finally my BFP?!

For four days I have took soooo many pregnancy tests. All faint lines. Took a digital one 3 days ago and it said not pregnant. Went to doctor 2 days ago he tested my urine and got "inconclusive" meaning they got a faint line as well. Testes my blood and my HCG was at a 13. Now took a digital test today and got pregnant. I have been so worried about miscarrying but if I got a not pregnant 3 days ago and now a pregnant that must mean my levels are higher righy?!?!
