Extra Plus and VBAC????

Anyone plan on a vbac or have had success with a vbac being extra plus?

I'm hoping to have a VBAC, I'm having twins though so it just depends on the babies. My last dr was all for it, but I just switched and this dr seems less pro VBAC but said it depends on how far I go.
