Possible pregnancy...?? SOMEONE please help..

I'm on birth control, I've been on it since January when I had my son, today was my last day to take a blue pill, then tomorrow or the next day I would/should start my period.. But I noticed some light pink in my underwear today.. Is my period just starting early this one time? Or could this be implantation bleeding?! 😳 I CANNOT be pregnant again so soon..... 😳😳

If you are being very loyal about taking your pills, then more than likely your period is probably about to start, but if you don't start AF I would take a test just to make sure.
