Disappointed and Just Want To Cry

I was over a week late for my period and my doctor had just told me I had FINALLY ovulated and could be pregnant. I had just 3 more days until I was due for a pregnancy but then this morning I woke up to AF. I am only 26 years old and have been trying for over a year and been taking Clomiphene and Metformin to help with my PCOS. I just feel completely devastated and frustrated like this will never happen when all my friends are "accidentally" getting pregnant while my husband and I are are really trying over here. :,(
