Negative test/ have every symptom! What do I do?

Iv had every pregnancy symptom for three weeks now. Peeing more, extreme vertigo and dizziness, headache, sore breasts, extreme fatigue and I look pregnant from how bloated my stomach is! Took a test today and it was negative! My period is in 6 days! What should I do! I feel sooo sick I'm worried if I'm not pregnant then there must be something severely wrong with me!!! Help please!!
