Uterus pain 1 week after delivery?

I get that I wld have cramps 1 week after delivering but I have to crouch when I cough or sneeze b/c it hurts...when pregnant I wld cross my legs so I wldnt have an accident & now this...I dnt remember having this pain w my 1st 11 yrs ago.

I have to do this while pregnant. I've been working out s lot during pregnancies, so my core muscles are a bit more fatigued on a regular basis. Everything is probably still just really stretched and trying to go back.

I had this a week after labour and then told a health visitor who told me to check at GP. Turned out I had a infection in uterus and was prescribed antibiotics. I am no medical doctor though

Right after birth it does that a lot just because it's shrinking. I'm now 3.5 weeks postpartum and it cramps every once in a while but not nearly as bad as the first couple of weeks
