Why dont guys understand the pain???

How would you explain the pain of cramps to a guy?

I just explain essentially what the uterus is doing, which is apparently basically mini contractions and hormones causing it to cut off blood flow to it while also shedding part of its internal lining

They don't understand because they've never experienced it. It's impossible and you shouldn't expect them to really get what it feels like because its impossible.

I told my boyfriend that its like overeating at taco bell and then gettthose "gotta shit"cramps only youre stuck in the car so you can't.

Or like being severely constipsted and gassy

My cramps feel like thousands of tiny needle are poking my insides. Sometimes it feels like I've taken a punch to the gut. 😢😭😟

I get really bad cramps so I've told him that sometimes it feels like being stabbed from the inside of your body 😣 
I don't get that constantly, but it happens randomly, along side the regular cramps, which are harder to explain because men don't have a uterus lol
