Thoughts?

38w pregnant tomorrow and I'm having lower back pain and menstral cramps. What do you guys think this could be? And don't be smart asses 🙃

I have stabbing pains for two-three weeks already, some back pains and nothing is going on for now :) so I think we will be in labor soon, but these discomfort could be just because we are deeply pregnant 😂

Lol I like the don't be smart asses... I've been having cramping also and I was told its Braxton hicks. I guess our bodies way of getting ready for labor, but also could be the beginning of real labor. So if you get contractions I would start timing them at 38 weeks. I'm also 38 weeks and have had this for 2 weeks now.

I've had these cramps since 36 weeks and sometimes they've been that bad I've had the phone in hand to call the hospital to tell them I'm in labour but I'm 40+2 now and still going and getting cramps. Time them when you get them and see if they are regular of they are then call your midwife to be checked for piece of mind if not then they are probably braxton hicks good luck

I was having that this weekend (became 39 weeks) and I figured out that it was the baby moving deep into my pelvis and my cervix effacing a bit more. (I was only 40%) and 1/2 cm

Have been having the same for a week now and my doctor said it's my body preping for delivery. He said at 38+2 to be ready any day.
