Weight Gain
I need some tips on managing my weight while pregnant. I'm 5'2 my pre pregnancy weight was 160 which is not healthy.. My first trimester I lost 17 lbs because of morning sickness. Now I'm almost 19 weeks and I've gained back about 8 lbs just two weeks. I know I need to gain some healthy weight but I feel like it's piling on too quickly. I just want to maintain a healthy weight and be all around healthy for this baby. Anyone have any tips on exercises and foods to eat?
