Confused 😕

Based on my last period it says on glow I'm 6 weeks 3 days and my due date is Feb 3rd. But when I actually count myself from the first day of my last period I'm 7 weeks 3 days. I'm confused, am I counting wrong? Do you start counting from the days your period actually started or a week after that?
