What could be wrong?

My husband and I have been off birth control for 3 years now. I've taken ovulation test for 2 months straight everyday because my cycle is funky and never got a positive. I gained a bunch of weight from the depo shot which I stopped 5 years ago... Could this still be effects of the shot?(I was on the shot for 3 years) I'm starting to feel discouraged

I was on depo for a little over two years. After I got off of it, it took me 18 months to get back to regular periods and ovulation. After the 18 months, it took another 7 months for me to get pregnant even with having a regular period and ovulating. I gained 30 pounds while on depo! It takes a while. I'm sorry girl! Be patient, it will happen. Easier said then done I know!
