Gas pains or cramping?

I have always been a gasy person even more so pregnant but I'll have these pains or cramping in my abdominal area. So I went to the ER because I was very concerned. The took a urine sample some blood and an ultrasound!. Had shown my hcg levels have tripled in the last week. It is normal pregnancy but I had a small bleed and he said every third of miscarriages happen when the embryo attaches it self to the placenta I guess ( once I heard bleed my mind shut off) but my baby is fine looks fine so far but he has me on light duty. There is no such thing as light duty at my job. I am concerned about going to my appointment and not hearing a heart beat again.
