As long as people don't pee all over the seat and not clean up after themselves, make sure their seat covers get flushed and make sure their toilet flushes I have no issues with neuroticism. My pet peeve is when people create a mess for others by being too germ phobic to take care of their own germs. You pee on it, you wipe it down.
