How to stop hair from thining?

Anyone know of anything that helps hair stop thining and make it full and thick? I heard that during pregnancy hair grows and becomes beautiful. I seem to be losing a lot.

Use a deep conditioning treatment once a week and also use coconut oil in your hair (rinse out). Prenatals should help as well. There are some things like biotin that help as well.
