How is copper better than hormones?
I'm considering getting one in two days. I've tried hormones twice and the nuva ring made me hate sex so much like it totally killed my sex drive to the point where my lover getting affectionate just reminded me of being raped.. It was bad! And Monessa made me so depressed I actually starte having suicidal thoughts.
My reactions were extreme to hormones!
My dr says I can try the shot and be stuck for 6-8 months if it goes bad- or do the copper IUD which may suck because I've never had a kid and she said it could be a painful experience.
