Natera Panorama Screening

Okay, so back in April I opted for the panorama screening. I was given a paper and told by my OB multiple times it would cost no more than $300 out of pocket. I am still on my dad's insurance because I'm still under 26, and he just received a bill from Natera stating he owes them $10,000! I read online that this happens extremely frequently and I'm hoping it can be resolved, but has anyone else gone trough this? Specifically with Natera?
