Preeclampsia in first pregnancy now what?

So I had very last minute case of severe preeclampsia with my first. I was induced at 36 weeks and like any one else who has gone through it it was absolutely awful and heart breaking for me.  
I am pregnant again. And I have a bad kidney, I know doctors say it's not tied to anything but I believe it is since its kidney enzymes and hypertension that cause it.  Sooo mothers who have gone through this, what did you do your second pregnancy to help? Did you get it again the second time around ?  Did you take the baby aspirin ? Is there a more natural method or supplement ? Please enlighten me !

I had it first time and was induced at 36 weeks. 
This time round I took baby aspirin till I was 34 weeks. I am now 38 weeks and have as my midwife likes to say "beautiful blood pressure". It never peaks over 100/60.

Just because you get it first time, doesn't 100 % guarantee you'll have it again. I was told i was at a higher risk than the average women but only by about 10% more because I had it before.

My sister had severe pre-eclampsia smith at went into eclampsia at 33 weeks and had an emergency c-section and her next pregnancy it was all smooth sailing until she got induced at 39 weeks for no reason.

My mom had pre-eclampsia with my older sister but no problems with me. Every pregnancy is different and just because you had it once doesn't mean you will again.
