Should we take a break?

So I saw my boyfriends notifications and I saw some girls name that I don't know texting him and I asked to see it but it had been convieniently deleted. And I asked if he was cheating on me and he said no and I told him to get out and so he left. I called him later and asked why he would do this and he kept to it saying that he hadn't done anything that he didn't even know her he was just bored so he was just talking to people. And so I proposed a break to which he flipped shit and started crying which made me cry... We've been together almost a year and I'm just 15 and I just I don't know what to do so I need you guys to help me..
