I would recommend a comfy pair of blacks sweats/leggings (that you don't mind wrecking, just in case) and a comfortable top that is easy to nurse in. Comfort is key!

Soft stretchy yoga pants that I used to wear during my heavy period days to keep the pad secure, loose cotton t shirt I can nurse in and probably flip flops or slippers

I have my favorite pair of soft stretchy yoga pants that fit a little snug and a tank, i still need to buy a nursing bra. And I have a belly binder to wear as well. I like to feel like everything is tight and secure. Last time I felt like my insides were moving around and it was very unsettling. I'm having a repeat csection though.
