" just because you wear more makeup than somebody else or take more time doesn't make you fake or any different. I contour and sometimes takes 30 minutes to do my make up when I take my time. And this is how I look at it. I'm not fake and I'm not trying to impress everybody else.  When I get up in the morning or I'm going out I look in that mirror and I see a canvas. My make up, it's my paint. And my hands are the artist. As I paint on my canvas I begin to glow I feel more peaceful with my soul and my confidence level rises. When I'm finished painting my canvas is complete and so is my unique personality. My canvas is part of me. Whether anyone thinks it's fake or that I'm wrong for looking different when I'm done I know inside that my picture is complete and inside I feel better. Just like music helps people who feel depressed. Or people that sleep with a teddy bear because they use as a sensory object. My make up, my paint, is used as a comfort to my mind. And that is no reason for people to say that is not OK or that it is wrong. My Canvas is my canvas. My paint is my paint. And my hands can create a world unknown."
