Rolaids or Tums??

I have really bad heartburn!! 😒 Does it make a difference in which antacid you take during pregnancy. I'm 4 weeks pregnant.

My doctor said to try my best to not take anything unless I had to. Then she said take a few tums but keep limited to under 5 a day. I'm having awful heartburn too! She also recommended to stay away from acidic foods such as lemons! Which I had been putting in my water daily. It's helped my heartburn a little by cutting out the lemons...  Good luck!! I'm 6 weeks and 2 days

Nexium is safe to take while pregnant my ob wrote a prescrition for it when I was pregnant with #2. Now you can just walk into Walmart and buy it but it's all I take now
