Anxiety
I live with anxiety and have for as long as I can remember but that isn't really the point.
I'm trying to explain to my boyfriend that he can't cure it but I don't know how to. He doesn't understand that its physical as well as mental like I'm forever tired and have headaches and feeling so sick.
Is it just me who feels the symptoms but doesn't always feel like anxious in the sense that I'm 'down'? Or am I speaking nonsense.
I'm trying to show my boyfriend that I'm not unhappy, I'm just anxious and that's the way it is can someone like bakck me up or relate?
I mean even when I have panic attacks it's not like I'm gonna be on a low forever and he can't seem to understand it.
edit* I appreciate him caring it's wonderful but his guiltripping technique of saying he clearly doesn't mean much to me if I'm still anxious is tiring
