Anyone have experience with azoospermia?

My husband has had 2 SA, both showing 0 sperm. He recently had some blood work done testing hormones and genetics and that came back fine too. Anyone know what the next step might be? He is going back to his doctor but has to wait 3 weeks. We're really hoping to get some answers.

Hey ladies, me and my husband have just gone through all of this! His SA came back saying 0 sperm and low semen volume. After lots of tests that all came back fine we did the  TESE. The found millions in my husband and I had 35 eggs retrieved. We now have 14 embryos. Don't lose hope!!

My husband has this and he had a TESE operation and there was a few sperm that were able to fertilized 3 eggs thru IVF/ICSI and we are currently  working towards our transfer date sept 15th! There is HOpE don't give up 🤗🙏🏻❤️
