So I had my period and it turned brown a day after sex and I wanted to know if this could be related to conception

Not really I have read about this because it happened to me too. It's just period blood that wasn't released during your last cycle. It's considered old blood and it's brown because it has been stored to be released. It's nothing that will give you an infection or that can be pushed out its just something that happens once and while. Hope this helped 💕
