Should smoking in cars with small children be illegal?
I've read some countries actually have banned it, but the US hasn't. Should we make it illegal to smoke in a vehicle with kids inside? In order to make some attempt to protect them from secondhand smoke.
And if it were illegal, what could also be done to prevent parents from exposing kids to secondhand smoke at home?
