Boob question!

Is this all in my head or can it work like this??? My boob hurt off and on lol. Like to the point last night I did not want to take my bra off they hurt that bad!! Right now they really don't hurt unless I push on them. My AF is due Sunday 4/6. My boob normally don't hurt when my AF Is coming but when I had my first pregnacy that end in miscarriage my boobs hurt constantly so I'm so lost? I want to say I'm pregnant but in the back of my head I say no... Do I just take a test or wait it out? Does anyone else have it like this and their boobs just hurt off an on?
