Gestational diabetes

So I tested positive for gestational diabetes for the second time! I can't help but think that I did this. I tried my best that I could. And I started reading online about gestational diabetes and the shit that's on here is scaring the shit out of me 😭 I literally wanna just ball up and cry and not have to deal with having to worry about doing anything else wrong 😫....
