Is anyone else having painful swelling? And remedies? I don't know what to do but it hurts when I walk.

I had bad swelling as well. I went to the chiropractor to get adjusted to help the blood flow. Here is a before and after of my foot to show the difference in 12 hours. I have not went back in 2 weeks but my foot still just keeps getting better. ☺️

Talk to your doctor, I had extreme swelling which was actually preeclampsia. It was so bad I needed an emergency c section at 28 weeks to save me and my baby.

I would document the swelling and call the doctor. This could be edema...or just regular swelling, but I wouldn't take a chance.

Ice 20 mins on 20 mins off, keep your feet up above your heart if possible, lower the salt, and contact your dr! Swelling for no reason is a sign of something bigger wrong, I would contact the dr. 
I had this a few weeks ago, I ended up getting sunburned and from the heat my legs swelled to being barely able to walk or do anything besides sit down with my feet up.

Two of the best remedies I've used are:

Mix some apple cider vinegar with warm water (about 1:2 ratio). Soak a washcloth in it, wring it out, and then wrap your foot in it. Let it sit for 5 minutes, then remove and repeat on the other foot.

But my FAVORITE remedy is:

Mix a few drips of peppermint oil with coconut oil and massage your feet! (Or have your SO massage your feet) Massage in an upward motion (toward your toes) to improve circulation. The peppermint oil keeps my feet feeling nice and cool, since when my feet swell they also feel like they're on FIRE.

This happened to me when I was in Disney back in April. I had to avoid standing and being out in the heat. The swelling would go down when I slept but would return the next day. Try sleeping with your feet propped up and avoid standing for too long, going out in the heat and drink a lot of water. My dr said its only a problem if one foot is more swollen than the other. Also not sure if it was related but I would wake up in the middle of the night with Charlie horses so stretch before going to bed
