Urethral sponge...ew...

I had to reword this cause there's lots of prude know it alls on here.

The urethral sponge...that walnut sized lumpy mass right inside your vagina. Is anyone else's really prominent. Mine is super rough and bumpy and some off the tissue from it kinda leaks out.

I think a lot of people call it the gspot, that's what my research as told me. But I gotta know...is this normal?? Cause I don't explore enough internally to know...and it's kinda freaking me out.
