Headaches! !!😣😣

Anyone else getting awful headaches?? I am 8 weeks, 3 days and knew this was probably inevitable for me because I am prone to migraines but this really sucks! Can't take my migraine medicine and I'm trying not to keep taking Tylenol but Tylenol hasn't been helping anyways... Anybody have anything that actually works? Seems like tension headaches because my shoulders and neck are very tense too...
