First OB appointment

Definielty change doctors if you don't feel right. I did and I'm so glad that I did! It depends on the office and what they do. But that sounds about right. My doctor is super kind and listens to what I ask for. Getting an ultrasound tomorrow thanks to him. 😇

that's not good. my first appointment was about 1.5 hours long. we went through a huge packet of info on what to expect throughout the pregnancy and what my options are when it comes time to deliver. that wasn't even my physical exam appointment, which lasted about 30 mins at a later date. I know my next appts will only be about 20 mins each since they're check ups... but you need to schedule a time where you can talk to your provider and get your questions answered! and be acknowledged as a human being going through a huuuuuge life change.
