Missed period but BFN
I haven't had a period since April. I had light spotting May 11th (not even enough to really wear a pad with) and still have not received my period. Any thoughts on what it could be? I've taken several pregnancy tests and they all come out negative. My doc doesn't seem concerned and says that if I miss my cycle this month then to contact an OBGYN.
