Poop splash

VENT/HELP???? Omg I hate this !! I hate that when I poop water always splashes back onto my butt and my vagina ugh ! Does anyone else get this ? And to top it off I have OCD so I usually always shower after I poop overall but today I didn't feel like showering so much but now that I pooped again and water splashed back I feel like i just have to shower like now I feel so gross ! The reason I don't want to its cause it's already bedtime so I'll shower again in the morning soon . Omg pooping and OCD is not the best combination !!!! Last time I got diarrhea and it splashed back as well that was even worse I definitely had to shower then . Any tips so this doesn't happen ?
